Lakeside Park, officially called Washington Park, is nestled behind the Lakeside pool and clubhouse at 2000 Lakeside Estates Drive. The park is accessible by all residents with their magnetic key card. Renovated in 2017, the park boasts climbing structures and swings suitable for toddlers and older children. The shaded pavilion houses picnic tables. The large grassy area is perfect for soccer or baseball. The park offers an onsite water fountain and a charcoal grill. Please click here for grilling guidelines. Residents may access the clubhouse bathrooms using their magnetic key card all year long. Please click here for park rules. An access card to all of Lakeside's amenities for Lakeside residents may be obtained by clicking here.

In addition to general use by residents, the park is used for birthday parties, family reunions and other gatherings. To host an event at Washington Park, contact the LIA Office Administrator. No dogs please.
