Lakeside is following all guidelines for safe practices as outlined by the City of Houston as set forth by the CDC. Lakeside expects residents visiting the pool, park, clunhouse and tennis courts to do the same.

Lakeside Park, officially called Washington Park, is nestled behind the Lakeside pool and clubhouse at 2000 Lakeside Estates Drive. The park is accessible by all residents with their magnetic key card. Renovated in 2017, the park boasts climbing structures and swings suitable for toddlers and older children. The shaded pavilion houses picnic tables. The large grassy area is perfect for soccer or baseball. The park offers an onsite water fountain and a charcoal grill. In addition to general use by residents, the park is used for birthday parties, family reunions and other gatherings. To host an event at Washington Park, contact the LIA Office Administrator. No dogs please.
