Lakeside Men's Tennis is part of the Memorial Tennis League, which was formed in the 1970s as a way to get to know folks in the area through friendly tennis competition.

 

The Lakeside Men’s Tennis Team plays Saturday mornings against other neighborhood teams on the west side of Houston. The league plays every other Saturday morning in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. There are five lines of doubles (no singles).  The level of play is from NTRP of 3.5 up to 4.5+.

 

Interest from Lakeside tennis players has waned in the past few years; to the point that we sometimes struggle to field a team.
