Garage Sale and Estate Sale Policy
LAKESIDE ESTATES AND LAKESIDE FOREST GARAGE SALE POLICY
Garage Sales are not allowed on any private property within Lakeside Estates (LE) and Lakeside Forest (LF) neighborhoods. A biannual community garage sale, occurring once in the spring and once in the fall will be held on the clubhouse lawn/parking lot. Residents will be notified of the date via the email address(es) on file with the office and the date will be posted on the marquee in front of the clubhouse. Detailed information prior to each sale will be posted here.
LAKESIDE ESTATES AND LAKESIDE FOREST ESTATE SALE POLICY
Residents of Lakeside Estates (LE) and Lakeside Forest (LF) are allowed a one-time Estate Sale per owner/property. Estate Sales are allowed in the event of a death of the homeowner, or for a move from the home. The Estate Sale may be conducted by the homeowner, or by a representative of the Estate of a deceased homeowner, personally or through the use of a contracted Estate Sale Company. The Sale must comply with the following guidelines:

Sale must consist of homeowner’s personal belongings; no outside items may be brought in

Duration of the sale will be no longer than one week; seven consecutive days

Signage is limited to four: one at each entrance to LE or LF, one located on the property of the home having the estate sale and one on the clubhouse lawn. Each sign must give the address of the sale

*Estate Sale Application must be submitted 30 days prior to the sale date and approved by Lakeside Improvement Association
