LAKESIDE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION

The Lakeside Improvement Association is the Homeowners Association for Lakeside Estates and Lakeside Forest.  The LIA collects annual maintenance fees, enforces deed restrictions and oversees neighborhood services, including recreational facilities, security, solid waste, grounds, mosquito control, and the Lakeside web site.

The LIA is comprised of a nine-member Board of Directors, elected by majority vote of Lakeside residents. Residents are invited to attend all the board's monthly meetings, which are held at the clubhouse, 2000 Lakeside Estates Drive. Check the calendar for dates and times.

The LIA Office Administrator provides administrative support for the Board of Directors.  This includes preparing and mailing  the annual Maintenance Assessment statements, bookkeeping, and correspondence.  To contact the office, call 713-977-2812 or e-mail administrator@lakeside-improvement.org.

The Board has responsibility for all properties owned by the Association, including the  neighborhood entrances, cul-de-sacs, the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and parks. These facilities are open to all Lakeside residents who have paid their annual Maintenance Assessment.  For more information, please call the office or download the application form for a recreation card here.
