The Lakeside Improvement Association (LIA) is the management, financial, and adminstrative entity for our neighborhood. It is our job to collect your maintence fees, enforce deed restrictions, and to contract for services such as trash pickup, security, and grounds maintenance.
The LIA board meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse, however the meeting is sometimes re-scheduled for a different day (such as Wednesday) to accomodate LIA volunteers. Please contact the LIA office manager to get the most recent information. Everyone is welcome to attend to learn more about how the neighorhood operates and voice their questions and concerns. New volunteers are often needed to fill board positions when people complete their terms.
