The Lakeside community garage sale gives residents an opportunity to clean out their closets (and garages) twice a year. The event is held on the Clubhouse grounds each spring and fall. Because the Lakeside deed restrictions do not allow for garage sales at residences, this event provides a great opportunity to meet some new neighbors and shed some stuff you no longer need.
